what are the requirements / restrictions for racing 1/18th scale, and when is the onroad 1/18 expected to start up

Even tho i havent been doing this for very long i am really excited about 2008 dirt oval racing with the ventura county roadrunners. Things are looking up and looks like the interest is growing. Just this last saturday night by 7 o clock we had a nice little turn out of people to run some practice laps...
